Mass Media Foundation and the National Media Association Held a Join Training for Regional Media on Interviewing Techniques

As part of the ongoing “Media Week,” Mass Media Foundation together with the National Media Association of Uzbekistan held a training for media practitioners of regional TV channels on the topic: “Interview Techniques: How to Ask Questions That Elicit Honest and Meaningful Answers.”

The goal of the event was to help regional journalists acquire practical tools for building trust with interviewees and conducting in-depth interviews.

Renowned journalist and blogger Aziza Kurbanova served as a trainer. She spoke about selecting interview topics, preparing for interviews, how to avoid clichés, and how to receive informal, authentic answers. Special attention was given to question formulation methods and listening techniques.

Participants examined real-life examples, discussed common mistakes and professional challenges, and shared their experiences.
