Today in Tashkent, another training session took place as part of the SHE LEADS project, dedicated to addressing technology-facilitated gender-based violence in the digital space. The initiative was organised by the Mass Media Foundation in partnership with the Uzbekistan branch of the international NGO, Search for Common Ground.
Participants explored topics such as women's and girls' awareness of their digital rights, strategies for building safe online communities, countering false stereotypes and disinformation, and more.
Through these training sessions, the project aims to enhance digital literacy within communities and foster a safe online environment in Uzbekistan.
