The Mass Media Foundation hosted a business meeting between the Director of the Foundation, Nozima Davletova, and the Managing Director for Public Policy of Meta in the Greater China, Mongolia and Central Asia Region, Jodge Chen, and Meta's Regional Manager for Partners, Government and Non-Governmental Organizations, Aurora Lee.

The Mass Media Foundation hosted a business meeting between the Director of the Foundation, Nozima Davletova, and the Managing Director for Public Policy of Meta in the Greater China, Mongolia and Central Asia Region, George Chen, and Meta's Regional Manager for Partners, Government and Non-Governmental Organizations, Aurora Lee.

The main topic of the talks was the role of social networks: the importance of access to the Internet and verification of the content consumed. N. Davletova spoke about the Foundation's projects in the field of increasing media literacy of journalists and bloggers. J. Chen, in turn, proposed to continue the work begun on verifying the accounts of officials and organizations in the social networks Facebook and Instagram.

The parties discussed holding an upcoming workshop in Tashkent for media representatives and employees of government agencies, at which J. Chen himself will be a lecturer.
