Under the leadership of Komil Allamjonov, the operations of press service of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan were radically improved. In 2010, he was awarded the “Oltin Qalam” (Golden quill) Prize as the head of the country's best press service.
While serving as press secretary of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, K. Allamjonov raised to a new level information support for the activities of the head of state. A press hall was launched; a media center was created.
During his work at AIMC, under the leadership of K. Allamjonov, a number of important reforms in the media and freedom of speech in Uzbekistan were implemented. Full access to foreign news resources and the websites of human rights organizations was restored. More than four hundred press services have been created in government and administration bodies, and the status of press secretaries has been raised. The media community has adopted a code of ethics for journalists. The abolition of the sentence of imprisonment for defamation and insult was initiated. The Agency established cooperation with reputable international organizations, for the first time in the history of Uzbekistan, an international round table was held with OSCE representatives on media activities and freedom of speech.
He is the founder of the national musical-entertaining TV channel, named Milliy TV.
Saida Mirziyoyeva obtained bachelor’s degree in the field of international law from University of World Economy and Diplomacy of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2006). In 2008 she obtained Master’s degree in law from Tashkent State University of Law, in 2010 – master’s degree in Economics from Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov (2008-2010).

As deputy director of AIMC, Saida Mirziyoyeva coordinated the activities of the PR-center and managed the issues of ensuring the openness of public authorities and administration. Implemented projects within the framework of the Five Initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
As a member of the Commission on Gender Equality, Saida Mirziyoyeva advocates for the empowerment of women in the country. In February 2020, she took part in the Dubai Global Women's Forum hosted by the Dubai Women's Organization. In April 2020, she initiated the nationwide project “Safe Help”, within the framework of which material support was provided to socially vulnerable women during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She takes an active position in preserving the country's cultural heritage. With her assistance, an exhibition is planned to be held in the Louvre Museum in Paris in 2021, dedicated to the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
Under the patronage of Saida Mirziyoyeva, project “Ko’ngil ko’zi” expanded its activity, aimed at supporting children with vision problems, providing them with educational, fiction and non-fiction as well as other necessary literature printed in Braille.
With the transition to a new position, she continues to assist in the implementation of the “Ko‘ngil ko‘zi” project.
Akbar Mansurovich Rizaev was born on October 25, 1979, in the city of Kushka (Turkmenistan).
Education - the political analyst. For a long time, he worked in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Also, has experience working in the private sector.
Previously, he held the position of head of the Department of Information and Analytical Support of the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
